The ideal candidate should have excellent English writing skills, strong research abilities, and the ability to create compelling content that supports brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and business growth across Indian and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging, original, and well-researched content for websites, blogs, landing pages, service pages, and social media platforms.
- Develop professional B2B content for recruitment, staffing, HR outsourcing, employee background verification (BGV), vendor verification, and related business services.
- Write LinkedIn posts, company updates, recruitment advertisements, job descriptions, and employer branding content.
- Develop compelling content for email marketing campaigns, newsletters, digital advertisements, and promotional activities.
- Create persuasive headlines, captions, taglines, service descriptions, and calls to action.
- Write content targeting Indian and international business audiences.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and relevant topics to create informative and valuable content.
- Proofread, edit, and refine content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, originality, and consistency.
- Collaborate with the SEO Specialist to incorporate provided keywords and content recommendations.
- Coordinate with recruitment, business development, marketing, and website teams to understand content requirements.
- Update and improve existing website and marketing content as required.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and professional communication style across OrbiTouch HR and Orbit Verify.
- Use AI writing tools responsibly while ensuring content originality, accuracy, and quality.
- Manage multiple assignments and meet content deadlines efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a related role.
- Excellent written English communication, grammar, and proofreading skills.
- Experience writing website content, blogs, LinkedIn posts, and marketing materials.
- Strong research, editing, and content development abilities.
- Ability to create engaging, audience-focused, and persuasive business content.
- Basic understanding of SEO-friendly content writing.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Good understanding of professional and corporate communication.
- Ability to manage multiple writing assignments independently.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience writing content for HR, recruitment, staffing, BGV, SaaS, or other B2B professional services.
- Experience developing content for international business audiences.
- Knowledge of AI writing tools such as ChatGPT and other content creation platforms.
- Familiarity with Wix, WordPress, or other content management systems.
- Experience writing B2B marketing copy, email campaigns, and promotional content.
