**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As our in-house Scriptwriter & Content Strategist, you will play a crucial role in our Micro Drama Vertical team. Your primary responsibility will be to craft engaging and fast-paced scripts for vertical 90s episodic content. You will be the mastermind behind plot twists, emotional punches, and binge-worthy cliffhangers that captivate our audience from the first 3 seconds. Additionally, you will oversee the review of external scripts and manage our team of writers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Write engaging scripts tailored for mobile consumption - Craft hooks, escalations, mini twists, and cliffhangers for each episode - Collaborate on story arcs and character development for episode series - Review, edit, and structure scripts from external production houses - Ensure consistency in tone, pace, and plot across all episodes - Curate references and format guides for external writers - Lead script feedback sessions and manage writing workflows **Qualifications Required:** - Exceptional fiction writing skills with a strong understanding of visual storytelling - Experience in writing for short-format, episodic, or reel-style content - Deep knowledge of audience retention patterns in vertical video formats - Passion for character-driven narratives, emotional tension, and cliffhanger rhythm - Ability to balance creative voice with content structure and pacing demands **Additional Details:** Prior experience in managing or mentoring writers room and familiarity with screenwriting software (Final Draft, Celtx, etc.) will be considered a bonus. A passion for Indian pop culture, youth trends, and bingeable content is highly desirable.,
