Job Description

As a Content Specialist at Company Data, your primary responsibility is to support Third Party Data onboarding. This includes onboarding Third Party Content data using a next-gen automation strategy, leading key projects on automation and Business Cases, and collaborating with multiple Vendor onboarding functions within Company Data for Private Companies Data onboarding, with a focus on supporting Ownership Data onboarding from Third-Party Sources. Your essential responsibilities will include: - Writing functional specifications for various components of Third-Party Data onboarding. - Providing thought leadership to solve problems and implement strategic solutions for data onboarding to DBoR / Azure and Products. - Playing a lead role in crafting and driving Roadmap deliveries, while providing input to solve key issues that directly impact the business. - Establishing and demonstrating positive partnerships with Data Science, Technology, Product Management, and Data Strategy teams to deliver on business-critical initiatives and content enhancements. - Participating in the planning and execution of content collection, onboarding, and delivery strategy. - Supporting Market-Driven Metrics for Third Party Data and improving customer experience. - Providing superior customer service by ensuring the quality and level of support meets or exceeds customers" expectations. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelors degree and/or a masters degree or equivalent experience. - Knowledge of customer/business requirements and experience in mentoring teams working on multiple projects in collaboration with Technology development and QA teams. - Minimum of 2 years in an existing role. - Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work with peers and teams across different locations. - Experience in driving transformation initiatives involving system improvements, providing requirements to technology partners, and owning improvements in applications supporting content collection and distribution. - Ability to prioritize and deliver on business-critical projects with excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. - Stakeholder management leadership skills and a champion of innovation and driving change. - Highly customer-centric, with a passion for high-quality output and delighting the customer. Knowledge & Skills: - Broad business knowledge of Ownership Content. - General knowledge of all relevant businesses related to Private Companies Data. - Business Requirements writing skills and Knowledge of Python. - Ability to learn new technology (Azure Fabric) and any other technology to improve Private Companies offerings. Required Skills: - Deep knowledge and understanding of Ownership Content. - Passion for customer service and excellence. - Ability to deliver against goals with a focused approach to execution. - Ability to build strong relationships and manage across boundaries. - Good communication and presentation skills. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. - Technical skills like SQL, Power BI, and Python coding.,
