Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Content Manager who can independently manage content operations while also being actively involved in content writing. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills, a strong understanding of digital content, and the ability to plan, create, edit, and manage content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Write engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, articles, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Plan and maintain content calendars to ensure timely content delivery.
• Manage the complete content lifecycle, from ideation and research to writing, editing, publishing, and performance tracking.
• Create and review content to maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and quality.
• Conduct keyword research and incorporate SEO best practices into content.
• Coordinate with SEO, social media, design, and marketing teams to execute content requirements.
• Manage multiple content projects and ensure deadlines are met.
• Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, accuracy, and engagement.
• Track content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics and audience engagement.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, industry developments, and AI-powered content tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in content writing and content management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and storytelling.
• Hands-on experience in writing blogs, website content, articles, social media copies, and marketing content.
• Good understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Ability to manage content calendars, multiple projects, and deadlines.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Knowledge of AI content tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other writing assistants.
• Strong research, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
