About us

At Eraya Style, we make personalised jewellery and gifts that help people show their love. Every product is made with a customer’s own name, photo or message. Our customers come from all over India, and they usually find us through a video. A good video shows them why our product is special, helps them trust us and makes them want to order. Every video we make goes into our ads, and we track the orders each one brings, so you will see exactly which of your videos made sales. We are now building our content team, and we are looking for a Content Manager to lead it and own the whole content engine, not just make posts.

• Clear processes and our own internal app are already in place, so you can start managing from week one.

What you will do

• Decide which products get content, and when
• Plan video ideas and approve every idea and plan
• Lead the team that films and edits, and make sure every video is delivered on time
• Review every finished video and approve it or send it back with clear feedback
• Study how each video performs and decide what to make next
• Find and manage content creators, actors and presenters
• Help hire and train new team members
• Share a simple monthly report on delivery, quality and results

You are a good fit if you

• Have 2 to 4 years in content, with at least 1 year managing content or a shoot team
• Have planned short videos for Instagram Reels or Meta ads
• Care about whether content sells, not only about views and likes
• Have a strong eye for hooks, story, product shots, picture and sound
• Can run many videos at once and meet deadlines
• Speak clear Hindi and English

It is a bonus if you have worked with an ecommerce or D2C brand, especially gifting or jewellery, or with freelance creators.

Salary and work details

• Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month, based on experience
• Location: Ghitorni, New Delhi (work from office)
• Working days: Monday to Saturday, 8 hours a day

• A paid one-week trial doing real work with the team.
• Offer letter after a successful trial.

Bring 5 to 10 videos you managed, and what results they got, to your interview.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
