We’re seeking a creative communicator passionate about real estate and digital storytelling to help amplify Propviewz’s presence. You’ll: – Craft rich content (blogs, social, video/Reels) that showcases Pune’s property insights—neighborhood trends, pricing, project reviews, and real buyer experiences. – Develop content strategy aligned with Propviewz’s mission of real-time transparency and education. – Manage an editorial calendar —ensuring timely, relevant content. – Collaborate with the marketing, design, and tech teams, and occasionally with real estate professionals or customers for case studies/interviews. – Analyze content performance using analytics tools to iterate and optimize. Responsibilities Generate original, high-quality content: articles, newsletters, social posts, and short-form videos. Research Pune real estate developments, market trends, and customer feedback. Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar. Write with Propviewz’s brand voice—trustworthy, insightful, and user-focused. Optimize for SEO (articles, landing pages). Edit, proofread, and fact-check all materials. Assist with content promotion across platforms: email, social channels, and the website. Track key metrics (traffic, engagement, shares) and use insights to refine strategy. _ Requirements _ 1–3 years experience in content creation, ideally in real estate, media, or startups. Strong copywriting & storytelling skills. Basic knowledge of SEO, CMS, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics). Experience producing short-form video—notably Reels or Shorts. Self-starter with strong project management skills. Collaborative mindset and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field. Passion for real estate—bonus if you understand Pune property scene.
