About the Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and trend-aware Content Creator Intern to join our marketing team.

The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging social media content, creating short-form videos and reels, writing scripts and captions, and supporting the company's digital content strategy.

The ideal candidate should have creative thinking, storytelling ability, an understanding of social media trends, and an interest in creating content for software products and technology brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Develop creative ideas, concepts, and scripts for reels, short videos, and promotional content.
• Shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos and social media content.
• Create captions, hooks, headlines, and content descriptions.
• Research trending topics, audio, formats, hashtags, and competitor content.
• Develop content that promotes the company's software products, SaaS solutions, and brand identity.
• Create educational, promotional, informational, and engaging content.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute content campaigns.
• Prepare and maintain a weekly and monthly content calendar.
• Support social media account management and scheduled publishing.
• Monitor content performance, audience engagement, reach, and views.
• Suggest creative improvements based on social media trends and performance.
• Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Complete assigned content creation tasks within deadlines.

Required Skills

• Strong creativity, storytelling, and content development skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Tamil communication skills will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Understanding of social media trends, reels, and short-form video formats.
• Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Canva, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar applications.
• Ability to write engaging scripts, captions, and content ideas.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva will be an advantage.
• Interest in digital marketing, branding, and social media growth.
• Willingness to learn, experiment with creative ideas, and accept feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any undergraduate or graduate degree; students and freshers can apply.
• Candidates with previous experience in content creation, social media management, video editing, or digital marketing will have an advantage.
• A portfolio, Instagram page, YouTube channel, or sample content will be an added advantage.
• Candidates should be interested in creating content for technology, software products, and SaaS brands.

Internship & Full-Time Employment Opportunity

• Internship Duration: Initial 3 months.
• Monthly Stipend: ₹5,000 during the internship period.
• Candidates will receive practical exposure to content creation, social media marketing, video production, and brand development.
• Performance will be evaluated based on creativity, content quality, consistency, engagement, task completion, and overall contribution.
• Full-Time Opportunity: After successful completion of the 3-month internship, candidates demonstrating good performance may be considered for a full-time position.
• Expected Full-Time Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000, based on individual performance, skills, and evaluation.
• Full-time employment will be subject to performance assessment and company requirements.
