Content Creator Intern

Key Responsibilities

· Conceptualise content ideas for Instagram Reels, Stories, posts and other social media formats.

· Research trending audio, Reel formats, beauty and hairstyling trends, and relevant content opportunities.

· Assist with shooting videos and photographs featuring salon services, hair transformations, treatments and customer experiences.

· Create and edit short-form videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar applications.

· Develop creative hooks, captions, scripts and visual concepts that reflect the JCB Salons brand.

· Coordinate with salon managers, hairstylists and the marketing team to plan and execute content shoots.

· Create before-and-after transformation content and repurpose existing assets into engaging social content.

· Support the content calendar by organising assets and preparing content for review and publishing.

· Make revisions based on feedback and coordinate approvals with the marketing team.

· Review content performance and share learnings on formats that drive views, reach and engagement.

Required Skills

· Strong creativity and an interest in digital content creation.

· Good understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories and current social media trends.

· Basic knowledge of video shooting, editing and visual storytelling.

· Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar editing tools is preferred.

· Good communication, coordination and time-management skills.

· Curiosity, willingness to experiment and openness to feedback.

Eligibility Criteria

· Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.

· Freshers with a strong interest in content creation and social media may apply.

· Candidates with sample Reels, video edits, creative projects or a portfolio will be preferred.

· An interest in beauty, hairstyling, fashion and lifestyle content is an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
