Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their construction requirements, following up with leads, scheduling site/client meetings, and converting leads into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads generated through Meta Ads, website, referrals, and other marketing channels.
• Understand customer requirements related to house construction, renovation, interiors, and related services.
• Explain company services, construction process, packages, and project offerings to potential customers.
• Qualify leads based on location, plot availability, construction requirement, budget, and project timeline.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule appointments, site visits, and meetings with customers.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager, Architect, and Project Team for customer requirements.
• Update all lead details, call status, follow-ups, and meeting information in the CRM/lead management system.
• Prepare and share basic information, quotations, brochures, and company details with interested customers.
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients and maintain professional communication.
• Follow up with existing leads until the final decision or project closure.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate referrals from existing customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6 months–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, business development, or customer handling.
• Experience in construction, real estate, interiors, or related industries will be an advantage.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally in English and Kannada. Hindi is an added advantage.
• Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and CRM systems.
• Strong follow-up skills and a result-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

• Number of calls made per day.

• Lead-to-meeting conversion.
• Site visits/meetings scheduled.

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
