Job Description:

We are looking for a confident, camera-friendly female content creator who can create engaging Instagram Reels and short videos around political topics, public issues, and current affairs. The candidate should have a strong interest in Indian politics, current events, and youth-centric narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create short video content (in Hindi or Hinglish) for Instagram (Reels & Stories)
• Present political news, commentary, or ground issues in an impactful and relatable manner
• Script, shoot, and act in self-recorded videos (basic editing skills preferred)
• Collaborate with DaPolitwist’s social media and research team for content direction
• Stay updated with political developments, elections, student politics, protests, etc.

Requirements:

• Female candidate, 18–30 years old
• Confident in front of the camera with good verbal communication
• Strong interest or background in politics, journalism, media, or youth activism
• Ability to shoot videos using mobile phone (tripod/light is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of Instagram trends and political influencers
• Comfortable with daily or alternate-day video content creation

Bonus If You Have:

• Prior experience as a content creator or journalist
• Knowledge of political satire or influencer-style delivery
• Strong personal opinions and ability to explain political topics simply
