Job Description

Develop creative strategies for BTL campaigns (on-ground activations, retail promotions, events, influencer-led activations, etc.).
Ideate and draft content (presentations, campaign pitches, brand communication, creatives, scripts, copy, etc.).
Collaborate with design, client servicing, and operations teams to execute campaigns.
Conduct market research & consumer insights to align strategies with brand objectives.
Prepare pitches & proposals with innovative ideas for client briefs.
Ensure consistency of brand communication across all BTL platforms.
Track campaign performance and prepare reports & case studies.
Stay updated with BTL marketing trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,892.96 - ₹45,000.00 per month
