As a Senior Consultant at our organization, you will be responsible for leveraging your experience to deliver discrete projects with minimal supervision. You will demonstrate a clear understanding of our clients" business issues and tailor consulting solutions to generate maximum value through idea generation and engagement experience. It is essential for you to achieve high personal billability. In your role, you will be expected to excel in various aspects: Consulting Execution: - Serve as an ambassador for the organization's tenets and values, ensuring positive feedback from multiple clients. - Coordinate teams of consultants as a Consulting Project Manager, guaranteeing the quality of deliverables. - Possess flexibility in approach and the ability to coordinate resources with expertise in different areas. - Demonstrate decisive and directive delivery focus with a can-do attitude, showcasing both hard and soft skills. - Coach, mentor, and motivate team and client staff, building trust and confidence through a focus on quality and delivery. - Effectively engage with clients, extracting information and developing facilitation and communication skills. - Maintain project administration up to date, including statements of work (SoW) and tagging. Business Development: - Ensure high levels of individual utilization achievement in alignment with expected levels. - Consistently secure personal extensions with clients and develop a network of relationships to provide required intelligence for solving business problems. - Lead smaller-scale meetings with sales teams and contribute to market research activities. - Play a major role in identifying opportunities and assisting in pursuits. Thought Leadership: - Develop insights into industry and technology trends, sharing them within the organization. - Contribute to team thought leadership and ensure a track record of assignments is documented. Contribution to Practice/Wipro: - Deliver all administrative tasks promptly. - Contribute to internal initiatives and propose ways to enhance engagements through available tools and assets. - Engage with other teams to promote collaboration and growth within the organization. - Propose new service offerings and provide training and demos as needed. - Actively participate in practice development initiatives and share knowledge within relevant communities. Your performance will be measured based on strategic objectives including consulting revenues growth, quality of consulting delivery, impact generation, market positioning, consulting leadership to accounts, talent growth, and building the consulting community. By excelling in these areas, you will contribute significantly to the success and growth of our organization while enhancing your own skills and expertise in consulting.,
