Job Description

As an Infoscion, you will play a vital role in addressing customer challenges, identifying problem areas, devising innovative solutions, and ensuring successful deployment to achieve client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include developing proposals, contributing to solution design, configuring products, conducting pilots, and resolving queries related to requirements and design. You will be involved in planning and executing activities such as configuring the product based on the design, conducting solution/product demonstrations, workshops, and preparing effort estimates aligned with customer budgetary constraints and organizational financial guidelines. Additionally, you will lead small projects, participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives, and deliver high-quality solutions to customers to support their digital transformation journey. Key responsibilities also involve developing value-creating strategies, staying updated on the latest technologies and industry trends, demonstrating logical thinking and problem-solving skills, collaborating effectively, understanding financial processes and pricing models, assessing current processes for improvement, and proposing technology solutions. Furthermore, having domain knowledge in one or two industries, client interfacing skills, and project and team management capabilities are essential for success in this role.
