Job Description

As an Infoscion, your primary role will involve getting to the heart of customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment resulting in client delight. You will be responsible for developing proposals, contributing to solution design, planning configuration activities, conducting pilots, and resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. Key Responsibilities: - Develop proposals by owning parts of the proposal document and providing inputs in solution design - Plan activities of configuration, configure the product, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design - Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates - Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives - Develop value-creating strategies and models for clients to innovate, drive growth, and increase business profitability - Demonstrate good knowledge of software configuration management systems - Stay aware of the latest technologies and industry trends - Apply logical thinking and problem-solving skills while collaborating with others - Understand financial processes for different projects and pricing models - Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions - Demonstrate client interfacing skills and project and team management abilities Qualifications Required: - Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models - Good knowledge of software configuration management systems - Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends - Logical thinking and problem-solving skills with an ability to collaborate - Understanding of financial processes for various project types and pricing models - Ability to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions - Knowledge of one or two industry domains - Strong client interfacing and project management skills,
