Consultant Radiologist

Job Summary:

Sarvodaya Hospital is seeking an experienced and skilled Consultant Radiologist to join our dynamic medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting a variety of diagnostic imaging studies, ensuring accurate diagnosis, and collaborating with referring physicians to determine the best course of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging procedures including:

• X-rays, Ultrasound, CT scans, MRI, Mammography.

• Provide accurate and timely reports on imaging studies.

• Ensure high standards of image quality and patient safety during all radiological procedures.

• Supervise and guide junior radiology staff, technicians, and residents.

• Collaborate with other medical specialists to discuss imaging findings and guide treatment plans.

• Maintain documentation and reports as per hospital and NABH standards.

• Participate in department meetings, clinical audits, and continuing medical education.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives in the Radiology Department.

Qualifications and Experience:

• MBBS with MD/DNB/DMRD in Radiology from a recognized institution.

• Minimum 3years post-PG experience in diagnostic radiology (may vary based on role).

• Registration with State Medical Council.

• Strong interpretative skills in general radiology; subspecialty expertise is an added advantage.

Work Schedule:
