We are currently seeking Cloud Application Programming (CAP) Professionals with the following qualifications: - Experience: 5-7 Years - SAP BTP exposure Key Responsibilities: - Understanding SAP BTP, including core services like SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, SAP AI/ML, and SAP Mobile Services. - Familiarity with SAP Cloud Foundry as the application runtime environment for developing cloud-native applications in SAP BTP. - Proficiency in Cloud Application Programming (CAP) concepts, including service definitions, entities, data models, service bindings, and business logic. - Knowledge of CAP CDS (Core Data Services) for defining data models and CAP Node.js or CAP Java for implementing business logic. - Ability to use CAP CLI (Command-Line Interface) for scaffolding, testing, and deploying applications. - Proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js, Java, OData, and REST APIs for developing backend services. - Understanding of SAP HANA Database and CDS (Core Data Services) for modeling data, creating entities, views, and associations. Additional Responsibilities: - Lead and execute technical tasks related to upgrading existing CAPM applications, including analyzing current landscapes, identifying compatibility issues, adapting code for new versions, and ensuring smooth transitions. - Experience in analyzing deprecations and changes in CAPM frameworks and underlying technologies, refactoring code, migrating data and configurations during upgrades, and performance tuning and optimization of upgraded applications.
