Job Description

Prestige Metro Properties is looking for energetic, motivated, and target-oriented Construction Sales Executives to join our growing team. Candidates will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, promoting residential plots and villas, and converting enquiries into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate genuine leads through calls, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Promote and sell residential plots, villas, and other real estate properties.
• Contact potential customers and follow up on property enquiries.
• Explain project details, pricing, amenities, location advantages, and payment plans.
• Arrange site visits and assist customers during property visits.
• Convert enquiries and site visits into property bookings.
• Maintain customer databases and update daily sales reports.
• Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Interest in construction and real estate sales.
• Ability to work towards sales targets.
• Knowledge of Kannada, English, and Hindi is an advantage.
