Job Description

Role Overview: As an experienced professional with strong knowledge of HP Nonstop systems and Connex Architecture, you will be responsible for working on Authorization Processing (AP) component, maintaining AP (APBATCH2, APWEB, and APM screen), analyzing solution designs and requirements, and onboarding Financial Institutions in AP database. Your expertise in debugging AP modules and troubleshooting issues in transaction processing will be crucial for the success of the projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of product features using COBOL, TACL, TAL, and Connex Processor Interface. - Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure product reliability and performance. - Monitor and analyze product performance metrics for continuous improvement. - Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation and user guides. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on product status and progress. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster a collaborative work environment. - Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
