Connected Planning Manager

Role Overview: As a Connected Planner at Reckitt, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective planning processes in supply chain management. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between demand and supply, optimizing inventory, service levels, and cost management. Collaborating across functions, regions, and layers, you will serve as the representative of the Category/Region. Your main purpose will be to enable sustainable best-in-class service levels, cost management, and optimal inventory through efficient tools, transparent communication, and cross-functional alignment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop accurate supply plans to ensure seamless supply continuity - Generate clear stock tunnel reports and ensure adherence to inventory targets - Conduct scenario analysis to facilitate decision-making processes - Monitor and improve service levels (e.g., fill rate, on-time delivery), inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, and distress SKU management - Collaborate with markets, factories, and copackers to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes - Report and align with Connected Planning Leads, leveraging disruptive concepts with Centre of Excellence Teams - Utilize supply systems/tools knowledge and demand/supply planning expertise to own supply plans for a specific category/region - Demonstrate capacity planning or forecasting understanding, governance, and stakeholder management skills Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience in supply planning in the FMCG industry - Proficiency in SAP, Kinaxis RR, and JDE ERP systems - Strong analytical abilities for complex data analysis - Presentation and reporting proficiency - Knowledge in Supply Chain Management, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Advanced Analytics, and Data Analytics Please note that Reckitt is committed to inclusion and supports individuals at every stage of their career journey.
