Commission-Only Sales Executive (Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety SaaS) – Remote Aurealcraft Inc. is hiring a commission-only Sales Executive to sell ConDrug , an AI-enabled pharmacovigilance platform used by drug safety and PV professionals to explore adverse event patterns, demographics, indications, and multi-drug relationships—plus generate company-branded PDF reports with optional AI commentary and CSV export . This role is ideal for experienced B2B sellers who understand the life sciences / pharma / pharmacovigilance ecosystem and can consistently convert qualified conversations into paid subscriptions. What you will sell (ConDrug plans) Starter – $2,000 / month Adverse event frequency insights Demographics breakdowns Indication-level insights Growth – $2,500 / month Network graph for multi-drug relationships and related adverse events Company-branded PDF reports (customer logo included) Optional AI-generated commentary embedded into PDF reports CSV / PDF export for manual analysis and reporting workflows Commission / Payout (clear and transparent) This is a commission-only role (no base salary). You earn a fixed net payout per closed subscription , paid once per month at month-end , after the customer’s payment is successfully collected. Starter sale payout: $500 per sale Growth sale payout: $700 per sale Your earnings per sale are at least $500. A written contract will be signed before you start, covering commission terms, payment schedule, confidentiality, and compliance expectations. High performance may lead to a longer-term engagement and expanded responsibilities (subject to mutual fit and results). Responsibilities Prospect and engage qualified buyers in pharmacovigilance and drug safety (e.g., QPPV, Head/Director of PV, Drug Safety Manager, Safety Physician, PV Operations, Regulatory Affairs leadership, CRO PV leads). Run discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and communicate ConDrug’s value clearly. Schedule and/or co-host product demos (founder support available if needed). Close paid subscriptions for Starter and Growth plans. Maintain accurate pipeline notes and follow-up cadence (basic CRM discipline). Requirements Must-have Proven B2B sales experience and closing ability. Familiarity with life sciences / pharma, pharmacovigilance, drug safety, regulatory, clinical safety, or selling into these teams. Strong professional English (written and spoken). High integrity and compliance mindset (no spam, no misleading claims, no policy violations). Nice-to-have Existing network in PV/RA/CRO communities. Understanding of PV terminology and workflows (e.g., ICSR, signal detection, MedDRA, PSUR/RMP). Support provided Product training and positioning assets. Demo support and sample branded report outputs to accelerate closing. Clear pricing, straightforward commission terms, and predictable monthly payouts.
