Description We are seeking experienced Masons to join our construction team in India. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in masonry work, demonstrating expertise in constructing and repairing structures using bricks, stones, and other materials. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Cut, shape, and lay bricks, stones, and other materials to construct walls, arches, and structures. Mix mortar and other materials to create strong bonds. Ensure structures are level, plumb, and square using measuring tools. Finish surfaces of structures using various tools and techniques for aesthetics and durability. Repair and maintain existing masonry structures as required. Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project success. Skills and Qualifications 2-6 years of experience in masonry or related construction fields. Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural blueprints and plans. Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity. Knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills.
