Grubwala is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Intern to assist in managing our social media presence, performance marketing, and influencer collaborations. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing while contributing to brand growth and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach. Support the execution of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital channels. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine marketing strategies. Assist in identifying and managing influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand goals. Track and report on influencer marketing campaign effectiveness and engagement metrics. Optimize content and campaigns for maximum ROI and brand visibility. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts. Basic knowledge of performance marketing and analytics tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics. Creative mindset with strong communication and content creation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or other content creation tools is a plus. Nice to Have: Experience managing personal or brand social media pages. Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies and trends. Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and CRM tools
