Computer Vision Test Engineer

As a Qualcomm Software Engineer, your role will involve designing, developing, modifying, and validating embedded and cloud edge software, applications, and specialized utility programs. Collaboration with systems, hardware, architecture, test engineers, and other teams will be essential to design system-level software solutions and gather information on performance requirements and interfaces. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Computer Vision Test Engineer with a strong background in Linux environments and scripting. In this role, you will be responsible for validating and verifying computer vision systems through rigorous testing methodologies to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience with Linux system environments, proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for automation, a solid understanding of computer vision concepts and tools (e.g., OpenCV, TensorFlow), and proven experience in software testing, including test case design and defect tracking.
