Running experiments to test performance, consider optimizations, and improve the features that we offer Working closely with the team of scientists and engineers, and being responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest research, testing, experimenting with new ideas and techniques, and building what works best in our products Learning and experimenting with new ideas, and being interested in staying up to date with the latest research in machine learning Determining the best way to solve problems, evaluating the solutions, and understanding how they could be best used Taking interest and the opportunity in project ownership Willing to try out new ideas and develop the ones that work best in usable software Developing data processing workflows for optimizing ingestion Developing SOTA data augmentation techniques Developing SOTA tracking models using computer vision Building python-utils for internal and external uses 2 to 5 years of proven work experience in Python, Machine Learning, ML-Ops, and Computer Vision Fluency with using NN frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, Caffe, or Torch, and understanding how backpropagation works Fluency with Python as well as experience with packages such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and Matplotlib Experience with popular machine learning hubs and frameworks such as hugging face, Open MM Lab, and Detectron2 Masters/Bachelors in Computer Science or related field Kubernetes at a high level will be a plus Familiarity with machine learning hardware and related technology Knowledge of scaling machine learning Great to have working experience in product teams Experience in Python, and C++ programming languages Experience with TensorRT, Deepstream, and TRITON projects in video, speech, or NLP Published research papers/patents, and contributions to open-source projects will be a plus
