What youll Do

Develop and implement high-quality video software solutions that meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and design specifications.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following common coding conventions and industry norms.
Conduct code reviews to ensure flawless execution and maintainability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to ensure efficient performance.
Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Innovate and propose new features or improvements to improve product functionality and user experience.

What you need to succeed

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in software development with a strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
Knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to successfully implement complex solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
