Job Description

As a member of the Gen AI Experiences team within Adobe Experience Platform, you will play a vital role in building and scaling core AI and ML-powered services to enhance customer experiences across Adobe's digital products. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and optimizing Python-based backend services and APIs to support Gen AI experiences. - Collaborating with ML engineers and researchers to operationalize AI/ML models for large-scale production use. - Building data processing pipelines for real-time and batch inference at scale. - Contributing to the end-to-end lifecycle of AI features, from experimentation to deployment and monitoring. - Ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability of backend services on cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP). - Partnering with frontend and product teams to deliver seamless AI-first user experiences across web applications. - Upholding procedures for code quality, testing, CI/CD automation, observability, and documentation. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. - 8+ years of professional experience in building scalable backend systems using Python. - Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems design. - Experience with machine learning workflows, model integration, inference optimization, and serving pipelines. - Hands-on experience with frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django, and ML tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn. - Familiarity with MLOps concepts and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow, etc. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices architecture. - Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills within multi-functional, global teams. - Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for leveraging Generative AI to redefine customer experiences.
