Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineer at Adobe Technology Services, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and enhancing solutions for the Territory Assignment and Compensation. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing business-critical solutions using cloud-based services on AWS/Azure. - Collaborating with multi-functional IT teams throughout the software development lifecycle. - Architecting, building, and unit testing integrations using modern frameworks and technologies. - Working with QA teams to validate integrations and partner with Operations to investigate and resolve production issues. - Participating in solution design reviews to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and alignment with standard methodologies. - Delivering high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code within project timelines. - Continuously exploring and adopting innovative development tools to streamline the software development process. - Contributing to Agile (Scrum) ceremonies and ensuring the smooth delivery of sprint commitments. Qualifications required for this role include: - 8+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 8 years in Java development and frameworks, especially Spring Boot. - Strong experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. - Proven expertise in developing and scaling cloud-native services on AWS or Azure. - Proficiency in JavaScript and at least one modern UI framework, with React.js preferred. - Solid understanding of SQL, database design principles, data structures, algorithms, and system design. - Experience in solving complex systems and exposure to AI-powered coding and automation tools. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions clearly. - Experience delivering enterprise IT solutions using Agile (Scrum) methodologies. Nice to have skills include experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes), API security standard processes, and monitoring/logging frameworks for cloud-based applications.
