Computer Faculty / Computer Trainer

Position Overview

The Computer Faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to students across various computer courses. The role requires strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and the ability to guide students through both theory and practical sessions. The faculty member will also support assessments, projects, and overall academic development of students.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Training

• Deliver classroom and lab sessions for courses such as MS Office, Tally, Programming (C, C++, Python, Java, C#, .NET), Web Designing, Graphic Designing, AI Tools, or other institute-based courses.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
• Ensure concepts are explained in a clear, easy-to-understand manner for students of different learning levels.
• Demonstrate software tools, programming techniques, and hands-on practical tasks.
• Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations.
• Monitor and track student performance, attendance, and progress.
• Provide extra help to students who need additional guidance.
• Support students with project work, assignments, and technical doubts.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.

2. Professional Conduct

• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and ethical behavior.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other faculty members.
• Encourage teamwork, problem solving, and a positive learning culture.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred IT / related field.
• Strong knowledge of relevant software, programming languages, and computer applications.
• Prior teaching/training experience preferred, but passionate freshers with strong skills may also apply. Good communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to simplify complex topics, technical troubleshooting (basic).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
