Capabilities Required Experience in creating and maintaining competitive battlecards to equip sales representatives with counter-strategies against competitor capabilities. Proven experience in competitive intelligence and market research. Sustained exposure to IT solutions such as cloud, data center, networking, cybersecurity, and digital workplace. Strong analytical and research skills with ability to synthesize data from multiple sources (analyst reports, market commentary, company publications). Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver insights to stakeholders.
