S.L Chhajed & Co. LLP is looking for a dedicated Company Secretary (CS) in Bhopal for full-time at the office location. TOTAL WORK: 1-2+ year (Preferred) ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA : Provide legal, financial, and/or strategic advice during and outside of meetings. Ensure policies, regulatory, or statutory changes that might affect the organization are up to date and approved by the committee. Strong administrative skills and an aptitude for using IT software. Take an active role and provide valuable input to the management decisions related to sharing issues, mergers, and takeovers. Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry. Good verbal and written communication skills. (email, phone, etc.) Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries. MS Excel (advanced expertise), PowerPoint, and other Office tools. Good Analytical and logical thinking.
