Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013, SEBI, FEMA, and other applicable laws. Conduct board meetings, general meetings, and draft meeting minutes and resolutions. Maintain statutory registers and records (e.g., MGT, AOC, SH). Handle filings with ROC, RBI, SEBI, and stock exchanges Support in drafting and reviewing contracts, shareholder agreements, and legal documents. Ensure good corporate governance practices. Liaise with regulatory authorities, lawyers, and auditors. Assist in secretarial audits and internal audits. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. Qualifications Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). LLB or additional legal qualification (preferred). 3–7 years of experience in corporate secretarial function (depending on seniority of the role). Skills Required Strong knowledge of corporate laws and governance. Excellent written and verbal communication. Attention to detail and high integrity. Proficiency in MCA portal, SEBI portal, and legal compliance tools. Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
