Department : Legal Location : Andheri, Mumbai Experience : 0 – 1 year Employment Type : Part Time Work Hours: 2 days a week (10 hours per week) Job Summary : The role involves independently handling basic compliance tasks, supporting statutory filings, and maintaining secretarial records with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities : Assist in conducting and recording board/committee meetings. Help maintain statutory registers and compliance records. Support in filing ROC/MCA forms and annual returns. Stay updated on changes in company law and governance practices. Coordinate with internal teams and regulators as needed. Skills Required : Basic understanding of Companies Act, 2013. Good drafting and communication skills. Willingness to learn and grow in a corporate legal environment.
