Job Description

Should be a CS. Compliance Ensure the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements, such as the Companies Act 2013. This may include keeping up with statutory requirements, updating internal policies, and preparing and filing statutory returns. Governance Advise the board on governance and legal matters, and support the board in strategic planning and decision-making. This may include filing accounts, holding shareholders' meetings, and keeping company documents secure. Meetings Organize and attend board meetings, annual general meetings, and other company-related events. This may include preparing agendas, taking minutes, and drafting resolutions. Communication Handle communication with shareholders and regulatory bodies. This may include being a point of reference for queries, requests, and issues. Policies Conduct regular reviews of company policies and procedures, and develop systems to ensure compliance. Records Maintain statutory books and records, and ensure the security of the company's legal documents. Review work of articles Keeping a day to day control over the assignment Ensuring that service deliverables are achieved while maintaining assignment quality and overall adherence to timeliness.
