We are authorized service providers for major networks including Keralavision Broadband, KFON, BSNL, and Railwire Broadband . We are looking for energetic technical professionals to join our growing team to support our expanding customer base. Job Summary We are seeking a Broadband Field Engineer to handle installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our broadband network. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong technical background in networking, a willingness to travel within our service area, and a customer-first attitude. Both experienced professionals and skilled freshers are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Installation & Configuration: Install Customer Premise Equipment (CPE), modems, and routers at customer locations. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (physical layer and configuration) at customer sites or remotely via phone. Network Monitoring: Regularly monitor network equipment to ensure uptime and stability. Customer Support: Provide physical and telephonic support to customers regarding internet speed, connectivity, and hardware issues. NOC Coordination: Escalate complex technical faults to the Network Operations Center (NOC) in a timely manner. Field Travel: Travel to customer locations within Kunnamkulam and surrounding areas for service calls. Job Requirements Education: Course completion in B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / Diploma in Computer Science, IT or related fields. (Course completion is sufficient. Certification is not mandatory) Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of Internet and Computer Networking protocols (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, WiFi, Ethernet). Driver's License: Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler Driver’s License . Mobility: Willingness to travel to field sites during working hours (Company vehicle provided) Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory but a Plus) Experience: Previous experience in broadband, ISP, or field support roles is highly preferred. Certifications: Candidates with certifications like CCNA, JNCIA, CompTIA Network+, MCSA , or hardware networking courses will be given preference (even without work experience). Gender: Male candidates are preferred due to the nature of field travel, though female candidates with the right skills are also welcome to apply.
