Job Title: Comms Managed Executive Location: Coimbatore Experience: 3 - 5 years Responsibilities: Execute a range of marketing services for franchisees as part of the in-house marketing agency team. Collaborate with the UK-based team to enhance local brand presence, drive lead generation, and increase revenue. Manage social media accounts, create content, execute email marketing campaigns, and coordinate design work. Ensure all marketing efforts align with brand guidelines and meet franchisee needs. Provide performance reports to clients and recommend optimizations. Deliverables: Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) for assigned franchisees. Create and schedule three localized posts per week, featuring content such as local data insights, property listings, testimonials, FAQs, and market updates. Monitor engagement and respond to audience interactions to strengthen the online presence. Provide quarterly performance reports to track engagement and growth. Paid Social Media Advertising: Set up and manage custom ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, focusing on instant valuations and valuation requests. Recommend daily media spend and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment. Track and report on impressions, clicks, and lead conversions to measure effectiveness. Content Creation: Write two bespoke blog posts per month for each client, optimized for search engines (SEO). Develop engaging and informative content that establishes authority in the branch's local property market. Collaborate with the design team to create accompanying visuals for blog posts. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and paid advertising. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy. Experience managing social media accounts and running paid advertising campaigns. Proficiency in content creation tools, analytics platforms, and reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
