Role Summary The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, accurate documentation, effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, and disciplined administrative control across real estate and redevelopment projects. The role is critical in supporting management, maintaining compliance, and enabling operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities1. Office Operations & Administration Oversee daily office functioning including utilities, internet, housekeeping, stationery, and office upkeep Ensure uninterrupted office operations with zero disruption due to administrative lapses Maintain office readiness for meetings with clients, societies, consultants, and vendors 2. Documentation & Record Management Maintain and organize all project-related documents including agreements, approvals, correspondence, drawings, and records Ensure proper filing (physical and digital) and quick retrieval of documents Track renewal and validity of statutory, legal, and project-related documents Support management with timely preparation and circulation of documents and reports 3. Coordination & Communication Act as the central coordination point between management, site teams, consultants, legal teams, and vendors Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record Minutes of Meetings (MOM), and ensure timely follow-ups Ensure smooth internal communication and escalation of issues where required 4. Vendor & Facility Management Coordinate with vendors such as housekeeping, IT, maintenance, printing, and service providers Track vendor performance, service schedules, and AMCs Ensure timely processing of vendor bills and payments in coordination with accounts Monitor costs to ensure adherence to approved budgets 5.
