About the Role

DMS Computers and Technology is looking for motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives to promote our software products and digital solutions to businesses across India.

This is an opportunity for freshers, students, freelancers, and experienced sales professionals who want to earn through successful sales without being restricted to a fixed office location.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate business leads.
• Contact business owners, retailers, medical stores, hospitals, pathology laboratories, restaurants, and other businesses.
• Promote and explain our software products to prospective customers.
• Connect with prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and online platforms.
• Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate with the technical team.
• Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into paying customers.
• Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and explore referral opportunities.

• MediDesk: Medical Store Billing Software
• CallLedger: Employee Call Tracking System
• Hospital Management Software: IPD, OPD, and Pharmacy Management
• Pathology Lab Management Software
• RestoScan: Restaurant Management Solutions
• Other Products: Billing Software, CRM Solutions, Business Management Software, and Custom Software Development Services.

Commission Structure

• Earn 10% commission on eligible standard software sales.
• Earn 5% commission on eligible custom software projects.
• Commission is calculated on eligible payments actually received from customers, according to the company's written commission policy.
• For partial payments, commission is calculated proportionately.
• Commission payment timelines, eligible amounts, and refund or cancellation conditions will be communicated before onboarding.

Important: This role does not offer a fixed monthly salary. Earnings depend on successful sales and the applicable commission rates. No minimum earnings are guaranteed.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in speaking with business owners and explaining software benefits.
• Interest in sales, marketing, business development, or technology.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, computers, WhatsApp, and online communication tools.
• Ability to follow up consistently and maintain lead records.
• Self-motivation and a willingness to learn.

Freshers can apply. Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
