As a Real Estate Salesperson for a prominent company in Noida Sector 63 H Block, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the sale of various properties including residential apartments, commercial spaces, studios, and shops. You will be required to engage with clients, understand their needs, showcase different properties, negotiate terms, and close deals successfully. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. In addition to your base salary, you will have the opportunity to earn performance bonuses and yearly bonuses based on your sales achievements and targets met. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 1 year of experience in real estate sales. While a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education is preferred, relevant experience and skills will be considered as well. The work location for this role is in-person, providing you with the opportunity to interact directly with clients and showcase properties effectively.
