Zorba Estates is a Bengaluru-based real estate company helping clients find suitable residential and commercial properties for sale and rent. We work with property owners, buyers, tenants, investors and businesses to connect them with suitable property opportunities.

We are looking for a Commercial Presales Executive who can communicate with clients, understand their requirements and coordinate with our internal team to identify suitable commercial property options.

Key Responsibilities

• Make calls to commercial property enquiries and potential clients.
• Understand client requirements, including budget, preferred location, property type and whether they want to buy or rent.
• Collect and update basic client and property details.
• Match client requirements with available commercial properties.
• Forward suitable client profiles and requirements to the respective sales team.
• Follow up with clients and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate call records, enquiry details and follow-up updates.
• Support the team in managing enquiries and ensuring timely communication with clients.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Any degree is acceptable.
• Freshers and candidates with 6 months–3 years of experience may apply.
• Good communication and telephone-handling skills.
• Interest in sales, customer service or real estate.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain records.
• Willingness to make calls and follow up with clients regularly.
• Kannada-speaking candidates are preferred, as the role involves communicating with clients in Bengaluru.
• Candidates with telesales, presales, telecalling, customer support or real estate experience will have an advantage.
