Role & responsibilities Visit customers in the field to collect pending loan repayments. Explain outstanding dues, EMI structure, and consequences of non-payment. Negotiate and convince borrowers for timely payments. Update collection status and remarks in the system daily. Coordinate with telecallers and back-office teams for follow-ups. Verify addresses and documents if required. Ensure collections are in line with company policies and timelines. Maintain professional conduct while dealing with customers.
