Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and cost estimates. Negotiate pricing, timelines, and contracts to close deals. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clients including retailers, builders, architects, franchises, and corporates. Act as the single point of contact from enquiry to project handover. Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Handle client feedback, concerns, and post-installation follow-ups. The role involves working with various signage materials, ensuring quality workmanship, timely execution, and safe installation as per client specifications. Key Responsibilities:Manufacturing & FabricationManufacture signboards as per approved designs and specifications. Work with materials such as acrylic, metal, ACP sheets, flex, vinyl, LED modules, and neon signage. Operate tools and machinery used in cutting, welding, bending, pasting, wiring, and finishing. Ensure proper electrical connections for illuminated signboards (LED, glow signs, backlit boards). Maintain quality standards, alignment, finishing, and durability of signboards. Installation & Site WorkInstall signboards at client locations including shops, offices, buildings, and outdoor sites. Conduct site inspections and take measurements before installation. Handle fixing, mounting, alignment, and leveling of signboards securely. Coordinate with clients or site supervisors during installation. Perform maintenance, repairs, or replacement of existing signboards when required. Safety & ComplianceFollow safety guidelines while working at heights, using electrical equipment, and handling tools. Use safety gear such as helmets, gloves, harnesses, and ladders properly.
