As a Brand Identity Designer at Black Cherie Media, your primary responsibility will be to create stunning brand identities from scratch. You will be tasked with designing logos, brand guidelines, and cohesive visual systems. Additionally, crafting high-impact marketing materials such as brochures, pitch decks, and social creatives will be a key part of your role. Your expertise in selecting color palettes that evoke emotions and align with brand identity will play a crucial role in your design process. Your mastery of typography will be essential in creating compelling and aesthetic compositions. Collaborating with strategists and copywriters to bring brand stories to life will require effective communication and teamwork. Ensuring brand consistency across web, print, and digital platforms will be pivotal in maintaining a unified brand identity. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to design packaging, merchandise, and other brand collaterals. Experimenting with textures, gradients, and modern design trends will allow you to push the boundaries of creativity in your design work. To excel in this role, you should have a strong portfolio showcasing branding, typography, and color expertise. A deep understanding of color psychology and visual hierarchy will be beneficial in creating impactful designs. Mastery of design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is a must. Your ability to create scalable and timeless brand identities will set you apart as a designer. A passion for intentional design beyond aesthetics, an eye for detail, balance, and alignment, and strong communication and presentation skills to justify design choices are qualities that we value at Black Cherie Media.
