Job Overview

We are urgently hiring Collections Executives for a reputed US-based banking process. Candidates with international BPO experience and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding payments.
• Assist customers with payment reminders and account-related queries.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and repayment plans.
• Maintain professional communication while handling customer concerns.
• Achieve collection targets and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Deliver effective customer service while maximizing collection efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: SSC / HSC
• Minimum 6 months of International BPO experience mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Prior experience in international voice processes preferred.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and performance-driven candidates.

3. Versant Assessment – Minimum score of 67
