Collection Executive Sales & Collection

Role & responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for loan products.
• Promote and sell vehicle loan products to eligible customers.
• Conduct field visits for business sourcing and customer engagement.
• Follow up with customers for timely EMI payments.
• Manage collection and recovery of overdue accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
• Coordinate with branch teams for business and recovery activities.
• Maintain daily activity reports and customer records.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate.
• Freshers or candidates with 0-6 months of experience in Sales, Collection, BFSI, or Field Operations.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work in field sales and collection activities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
