Job Description

Job Title: Voice Process Collections Specialist Location: Rabale, [Insert City] Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹22,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduates (Freshers or Experienced) to join our Voice Process Collection team. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding payments over the phone and providing excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on overdue payments. Negotiate payment terms and help customers resolve payment issues. Maintain accurate records of interactions and payments. Handle customer queries related to bills and payment schedules. Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements in collections. Qualifications: Education: Any Graduate (Freshers or Experienced). Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [specify any other languages, if applicable]. Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office). Working Conditions :Full-time role based in Rabale. Training will be provided.
