Ensuring adherence to legal and ethical guidelines related to debt collection. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, even when dealing with difficult situations. Investigating and resolving customer issues related to billing and payments. Updating customer account status and maintaining accurate records of collections efforts. Working with other departments, such as sales and accounting to coordinate collection efforts.
