Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage loan collection activities, including field collections and vehicle finance recoveries. Conduct debt recovery operations to minimize delinquencies and maximize recoveries. Utilize various channels for effective communication with customers, such as phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings. Identify potential issues and escalate them to senior management or relevant stakeholders for resolution. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system. Min Experience 6 months required Immediate or 30days notice period preferred.
