Collection Assistant Manager – Real Estate**

Job Description:
- Manage timely collection of payments from customers as per agreed payment plans.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding dues, delayed payments, and overdue accounts.
- Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and CRM teams to resolve payment-related issues.
- Monitor payment schedules, collection targets, and outstanding receivables.
- Prepare collection reports and maintain accurate customer payment records.
- Handle customer queries related to payments, demands, and account statements.
- Support the Collection Manager in achieving monthly collection targets.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding payment reminders and pending dues.
- Maintain professional customer relationships while ensuring timely recovery of payments.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in collections, preferably in real estate.
- Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, payment tracking, and collection reporting.
- Experience in customer payment follow-ups and outstanding rec
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
