Job Description

Job Title:

Job Overview

Collection Executive (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities

Monitor customer account balances and identify overdue accounts daily.
Initiate outbound calls, send emails, or issue payment reminders to clients regarding outstanding balances.
Explain payment options and negotiate polite, feasible repayment arrangements within company policy.
Keep precise, up-to-date records of all customer interactions, payment agreements, and follow-up schedules in the database/CRM system.
Coordinate with internal sales and finance teams to resolve billing disputes, missing documentation, or discrepancies.
Escalations: Flag uncooperative accounts or high-risk delays to line management for further action.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly individual collection target goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:
Graduate/Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.
Experience:
Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in telecalling or customer support is a plus.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [English, Hindi, Local Language].

Computer Literacy:
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable using telephone systems or CRM software.
