As a Microsoft Fabric Consultant - Senior at EY, you will leverage your expertise to contribute to the design, development, and deployment of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. With 4+ years of experience in Power BI, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications and creating visualizations to support data-driven decision-making. Your primary responsibilities will include designing database architecture for dashboards, conducting unit testing, troubleshooting BI systems, and collaborating with global teams to integrate systems. Your proficiency in Power BI tools such as DAX, Power Query, and SQL will be essential in developing and executing database queries, conducting analyses, and creating reports for various projects. In addition to your technical skills, your soft skills will play a crucial role in this role. Excellent communication skills, being a team player, self-starter, and highly motivated individual, along with the ability to handle high-pressure and fast-paced situations will be key attributes for success. Your presentation skills and experience working with globally distributed teams will be valuable in effectively collaborating and delivering exceptional BI solutions. While experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Python/R, PowerApps, Power Automate, and design skills like Adobe XD/Figma are considered beneficial, they are not mandatory. Your focus will be on designing, building, and deploying BI solutions, evaluating and improving existing systems, and developing and updating technical documentation to ensure the success of projects.
